𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 - 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 - 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭 Taking a moment to 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 ⏸️ and 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 has been a little journey of 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆. 🫶And with the big 5-0 approaching later this year 😩 , it’s been a natural time to 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀 and look at 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 I’ve 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 I 𝗮𝗺 at, and 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 I am 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 🙌 Lately I have found myself 𝗱𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 too much on the ‘could have should have‘ moments, 👎 and have felt 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 at myself for 𝕟𝕠𝕥 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 what I wanted to by now. 𝔹𝕌𝕋 only I 𝗰𝗮𝗻 change things. 🙌 So Instead of feeling 𝘀𝗮𝗱 and 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 about what 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻‘𝘁 happened, I’m going to focus 𝗮𝗹𝗹 my 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 into doing what brings me 𝗷𝗼𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 my full potential, and making myself 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 🫶💛. Wowzers how is it already 1st May, 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ you are flying by! Last night I was sitting at home reflecting on the last 4 months and what 2024 has bought me so far. And it got me thinking about REFLECTION and why it's so important. Reflection allows us space to identify positive experiences, embrace the bad and become aware of our paths, actions and feelings. Reflection represents a time to grow, to stop doing and start being. Whilst reflection is positive it can also at times be daunting and scary, I've found myself occasionally reflecting on some situations with a feeling of slight regret, but I shortly remind myself to never regret anything, that everything happens for a reason! It's a new month, a new beginning and a chance to let go and step into this next adventure. If you can, take time to reflect on the previous month or last couple of months and take the time to observe, I know you won't regret it and if anything, you'll hopefully enjoy learning from it! 🩷✨HAPPY✨1️⃣st✨MAY✨🩷

Feeling judged one day some years ago, someone said to me, “no one is judging you, it’s you that is judging yourself”. What seemed like a sharp sting then provides a balm of medicine now. Ideas once shared, become like seeds held within that eventually decompose or sprout at the right time into much needed wisdom. It’s true, if you understand and know yourself then nothing anyone thinks about you or judges about you has impact. Like water on wax, it is there, but it has no correlation to how you feel about yourself, your choices, or your actions.
