Wishes do come true at 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa! ✨ AD | We were hosted by @disneyparks to have dinner at this recently reimagined “all-you-care-to-enjoy” character dining experience! If I had to think of a word to describe what our night was like, I would say “magic.” We made so many core memories. From getting to meet characters like Cinderella, Aladdin, Tiana, and Mirabel, to delicious food for all ages, incredible decor, and a magical moment where guests are encouraged to believe in themselves to make their wishes come true, this experience truly delivers everything quintessential Disney. ✨ The highlight of our night was getting to see Eithan’s “wish” come true by meeting Mirabel. Ever since we saw the movie Encanto in theaters in Colombia while finalizing Eithan’s adoption, he has been hooked. He definitely sees himself in this movie and that is so special. The joy in his face and the level of excitement he carried into the moment Mirabel came by our table was so meaningful. Forever thankful and blessed that we get to do these things. It’s not lost on me that these moments would not happen if it were not for all of YOU! We had never been to this restaurant before and did not know what to expect and wow… it really blew us away 🥹 . . 1900 Park Fare is an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet with different menu’s for breakfast and dinner. You can meet Tiana, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Aladdin during the experience! What do all of these characters have in common? They made their wishes come true!✨ Which is exactly the messaging throughout the experience - that you (as a wish-maker) can make your wishes come true! . I absolutely LOVED this experience! The solid food selection (the Mac & Cheese was Daniel’s favorite), top tier service and friendly cast members, personal interactions with the characters, and the all-round ambience of the restaurant was what sold it all for us. A dream is a ✨WISH✨ your heart makes… And one of our wishes sure came true last night. 🥹😪 Our familia was invited to the GRAND RE-OPENING of 1900 Park Fare at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and it was one of the most magical moments we have yet to experience in our two years of living here. 🤩 From the DELICIOUS buffet (seriously the best dinner buffet we have had on Disney property) to the most incredible character interactions (stay tuned for our Mirabel story 😭) and the most special ✨wish✨ ceremony—1900 Park Fare gets a solid 10/10 from this crew. We left with full tummies & overflowing hearts! 🫶🏽 Our top 5 foods you MUST try: 1.The Prime Rib from the carving station melts in your mouth & is cooked to medium rare perfection! Phil said it was the best prime rib he’s had and if you know him, you know that’s a HUGE compliment. 2. The Mac & Cheese was so creamy and just rich enough! 3. Enzo said the pizza was the best he’s ever had & he went back for seconds! Swipe for his face. 😂 4. The mashed potatoes almost made me cry. We were back at 1900 Park Fare for dinner tonight and it was just as good if not better. The characters here are 10/10 and such a great addition to the dining options near Magic Kingdom. And the theme of wishes gives me all the feels. We got some great advice from Mirabel & Aladdin: ✨Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to make every wish big- small wishes are important too (Mirabel) ✨sometimes your wish can be to grant a wish for someone else (Aladdin) If you’re looking for delicious food and top notch character interaction put this one on your list! 🎠1900 Park Fare🎠 1900 Park Fare is back and open. We planned this whole getaway around getting back in to our favorite Walt Disney World Restaurant and heres my personal review: 🎠 The Drink Menu is FANTASTIC. 10/10 for sure. I had a regular Mojito (not on the menu). 🎠 The Buffet - 8/10. One thing I love is Disney Buffets are always so clean, well filled/stocked, and lots of choices. 🎠 The check in process - SUPER SMOOTH 10/10 - our Host was AMAZING. 🎠 Service - 10/10 - our waitress was on it. 🎠 Character Interactions - 5/10 - unfortunately we did not love the change in characters or our character interactions- with the exception of Aladdin! 🎠 Price Paid - 5/10 - the increase in price really prices out the typical family. For Delaney and I each with one drink (hers a mocktail, mine a cocktail) we came in at $193 after tax, gratuity. Rewind to last Tuesday when we were eating breakfast with some super fun Disney friends at 1900 Park Fare located at the Grand Floridian Resort! We had the ever famous Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup and so many delicious breakfast foods. My stomach is growling thinking about it all! Once the kids had some “food” they may or may not have had bowls full of Froot Loops and/or gummy bears because…why not?! Here you can hang out with Cinderella, Prince Ali, Tiana and Mirabel! It is open for both breakfast and dinner with the same characters at each meal! You receive a wishing star card when you arrive to write down your wishes for the wishing ceremony that takes place during the meal which brought this mama to tears (which is NOT hard to do). The atmosphere was subtle, with a room that had beautiful art of the Disney Characters. The theme for this set of characters for 1900 Park Fare was wishes. Characters in attendance were Aladdin, Mirabel, Princess Tiana & Cinderella. Once seated you are given a wish card to write you wish for the wish granters. Food is similar to all other Character dinings, this was buffet style, many choices. They had some Bayou food for Tiana, curry for Aladdin and a Prime rib & ham carving station, and lots of dessert options. The food was just OKAY in my opinion I have had better and much prefer the family style character dinings to buffet. I think what made me the most mad is the waiter assumed my daughter’s age and charged us $39 for a 3 & up meal. Overall this was definitely one to do at least once but not one I would do again unless the characters change. Non-park days can still be full of fun and magic! At the end of Universal trip we went to breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in Disney’s Grand Floridian resort. After breakfast, we happened upon Daisy and Dale in the resort lobby! It was also Dapper Day, so it was really neat seeing all of the people around the resort dressed up in their fancy outfits. Then we took a ride on the monorail to Disney’s Polynesian resort so my husband and daughter could each get 1 more Dole Whip before we had to head home. Prince Ali was particularly thoughtful in his conversations with my daughter. And the greatest cast member ever got me a cup of POG juice to-go because it’s my favorite!!! 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian has finally reopened (it has been closed since Covid) and this week I was able to check it out! I went at lunch time (11:45) but they only serve breakfast and dinner so this was the breakfast menu! Great food selections and they still served the famous strawberry soup!
