Sam出生住院那幾天，有喝了一點配方奶，可能是因為剖腹產吧（？），所以前幾天還在努力中，自從媽媽奶量上升之後，Sam就轉職改喝母奶了。還是要特別感謝禾馨包含的通乳腺課程，雖然我自己初期塞奶痛得要死，但如果沒有那堂課，我應該就沒辦法餵母奶了吧（？）不知道是不是母乳的關係，Sam的發展速度都比別的小孩快一點，只能說辛苦媽媽的手了🥺。 每次要回診打預防針，因為我們是回去診所，有包含衛教，我都會問醫生很多問題，沒辦法！新手媽媽什麼都不會，當然是請教專業的，因為母奶不含維生素D，醫生有開維生素D給我們，維生素D會增加鈣吸收與骨骼生長速度。至於四個月大的嬰幼兒，對鐵的需求增加，可以由副食品來補充，但是Sam四個月還沒開始副食品，醫生建議直接補充口服鐵劑。缺乏維生素D與鐵，可能會造成嬰幼兒生長較緩慢。大家還是要帶小嬰兒諮詢醫生，像是需不需要額外補充，或是劑量的問題，畢竟每個小孩狀況不一樣，不能自己買來就亂幫小嬰兒補充哦！ Sam到後來有腸絞痛的症狀，（新生兒就是會有各種問題要面對），也有其他醫生建議，改成寶乖亞含維生素D的那款，還能額外補充益生菌，我們就一路吃到一歲半。（真的不便宜，但為了小孩健康，該花的還是要買。）台灣只有玻璃瓶裝的，比較不好倒出來，照片的寶乖亞是國外買的唷！ #新手爸爸 #新手媽媽 #副食品 #寶寶副食品 #嬰兒副食品 #寶寶日常 #育兒日記 #babyfood #四個月 #新生兒 #寶乖亞 #益生菌 #維生素 #維生素d #vit #vitamin #vitamind #fe #鐵 #補鐵 #全母乳 #母乳 #母乳育児 #母乳媽媽 #母乳問題 #4months #禾馨 #biogaia
