How are you finding the energy today? This week I've been tired (well for me probably how my energy has been for a while now). I've been releasing all that I need to including the acceptance of the end of some friendships. Some of my posts this week have been aimed at me as much as all of you, reminding myself of my worth to others. Reminding myself of my needs and having them met. Today I noticed I had some energy and ended up doing an unplanned clean and clear including my inbox! (My inbox told me I had 1000 emails unread. I knew what they were emails that I don't want to unsubscribe from, but don't always read. When I cleared the 1000 it found another 1000!). The windows are now open with sunlight and fresh air flowing through my home. Tonight I'm going to move my body and shift some energy before I light a candle and journal. Then it's another healing weekend with @realrobwergin and my beautiful Wergin soul family. I know I rave about these weekends all the time, but they are my healing and recovery space and keep me connected and grounded.
