Was denkst du in dem Moment? Hast du Gedanken wie "Oh scheiße, jetzt bin ich der Grund, warum sie sich schlecht fühlt. Ich hätte das nicht tun dürfen!" Das sind die Gedanken, die die Schuldgefühle auslösen. Schuldgefühle sind nichts, was du erleben musst. Nein, du musst aktiv etwas dafür tun, damit sie auftreten! ✨ Der leichteste Weg, die Schuldgefühle loszuwerden, ist einen Gedanken zu finden, der zu dem Gefühl führt, dass du stattdessen haben willst. Z. B.: "Ich bin stolz auf mich, dass ich meine Bedürfnisse an erste Stelle gestellt habe, obwohl es für mich nicht leicht war." Fühl dich rein in das Gefühl, dass dieser Gedanke auslöst. Du hast einen so viel mutigeren Schritt gewagt, als dir bewusst ist. Du durchbrichst alte Muster, die oft schon seit vielen Generationen, den Frauen in deiner Linie antrainiert wurden. Und du bist gleichzeitig eine Inspiration für andere Frauen, auch mehr für sich einzustehen. My vision for the future… 🌼🧿🪬 Hi! Natalie here. I was initially inspired to create Divine Flow (the new sister company of @soulshineastrology) to be a publishing company for my future books. Sometimes life throws out a big distraction just as we’re getting into a good flow with life. This happened to me a few weeks ago when I was in a really good flow writing my next novel series, and a circumstance in my personal life spiraled me into some dark places. At the time, I felt like I’d allowed myself to get distracted from my mission to write these stories. Yet, life had another idea. When I had moved through the dark night and began writing again, I realized I wasn’t really honoring the main character’s journey. I was watering it down because I’d still been too afraid to really get deep into the Sacred Feminine message that wants to come through these stories. Afraid, because I still believed at some level that something bad would happen if I did. And the distraction took me into the depths of this block from a different angle that I would have not seen otherwise. Sometimes distractions aren’t the enemy, but are your soul helping you gain clarity on the project, relationship, or situation through the distraction.🦋✨ Have you experienced this in your life?
