「ラーメン将峰」 粕屋豚骨ラーメンの老舗 "Ramen Shohou" A long-established ramen shop Kasuya tonkotsu soup 途中下車の旅 三日め(4/30) ようやく豚骨ラーメン🍜にたどり着いた 博多から地元の筑豊に行く途中の"粕屋町"の長者原駅近くにある老舗ラーメン店 創業から40年以上 近くに有名店の「#一九ラーメン粕屋店」があるんだけど ここはややコッテリ甘めの豚骨スープ 「将峰」のスープもやはり甘めだけど あっさり あっさりだけど滋味深いコクがある　 この二店が 粕屋ラーメンの二大巨頭だけど この日は前の日に呑んだのでw あっさりスープで 　 　 昭和の50年代の昔のままのレトロな店構えと佇まい ラーメンも昭和のノスタルジックな味 やっぱり変わらず絶妙に美味い！😋 ラーメンどんぶりの かすれ尽くした赤い雷文模様が この店の古い歴史を物語ってる やや硬めに茹でた半透明の細ストレート麺に ほんのり甘く深みのある粕屋豚骨スープ 表面にうっすら膜を張ったラードと豚骨の脂は旨味のかたまり😆 チャーシウも昔ながらの焼き豚タイプ👍 雰囲気も味もパーフェクト💯な昭和の豚骨ラーメン🔥 　 　 帰りに寄った 城戸の"#南蔵院"もGWで多くの人で賑わってた 住職がジャンボ宝くじで1億3千万円を当てて鋳造した巨大な涅槃像wは やはり近くで見ると圧巻‼️ 　 「ワシにも宝くじが当たりますように〜😔　南無〜🙏」 　 　 #ラーメン将峰 #粕屋ラーメン #老舗ラーメン #昭和のラーメン #長者原駅 #Shohou #tonkotsuramen #城戸南蔵院 #大涅槃像 #城戸南蔵院前駅 #kidonanzoin #NirvanaStatue #RecliningBuddha #AugustusPablo #JahRock #春吉グルメ #中洲グルメ #博多グルメ #途中下車の旅 #九州帰省 #メシテロ #Haruyoshi #Hakata #Fukuoka #麺スタグラム #ラースタグラム #Rarmen #ベーナーおすすめ

Greensleeves records is of course one of the if not the foundational label in reggae music.  Straight ouit of the UK, this label caught my eye and ear with Junjo Lawes production on early 80s dancehall records, then the dub masterpieces by Scientist and as I dove deeper, the singers and players diversified, the records I appreciated spanned a longer period of time and I began to appreciate not only my beloved rubadub/dancehall but roots, steppers, rockers and the increasingly intriguing digi realm.  This selection is partly riddim driven, partly vibe and mood but all are from records I come back to and fall in love with all over again with.
