🎥OKR czyli skomplikowana, ale prosta metoda 🎥 O metodzie OKR (Objectives and Key Results) można mówić wiele. Można niestety w niej wiele skomplikować. Tymczasem jej największą siłą jest prostota. Doprowadzenie do prostoty nie jest jednak takie proste 🤣 . Pełne wprowadzenie OKR w organizacji wymaga czasami również zmian kulturowych. Nie da się wprowadzić OKR bez kultury transparentności, akceptacji zmian a nawet zmiany sposobu wynagradzania. Ja zajmuję się ta metodą od kilku lat i jestem jej oddanym zwolennikiem. W mojej ocenie w zakresie wdrażania strategii nic mądrzejszego dotąd nie wynaleziono. Jeżeli na poważnie myślicie o jej wdrożeniu pamiętajcie o kilku zasadach: 1️⃣ Odpowiedzialni menedżerowie (co i jak) 2️⃣ Kultura zmian (wewnątrz i na zewnątrz) 3️⃣ Ambitne cele 4️⃣ Transparentność 5️⃣ Częste omawianie postępów 6️⃣ Regularne omawianie postępów 7️⃣ Angażowanie zespołu (wyznaczanie i realizacja) 8️⃣ Multidyscyplinarne, cross silosowe zespoły ❓ Czy wdrażaliście już OKR? ❓ Jakie są Wasze doświadczenia? ❓ Co myślicie o tej metodzie? Internet outages delayed this post, but better late than never? February 16th-19th our staff and interns participated in the GBBC, or Great Backyard Bird Count. With high winds and plenty of rain it was a tough mission, but they still logged 87 species. This year 7,842 species were observed across the globe in this amazing annual, international event. The Cornell Lab of Ornithology and National Audobon Society started backyard bird counts as a citizen science event in 1998, with Birds Canada joining forces to expand the event across the border in 2009. With the technological advances that brought us the app E-bird, the GBBC became global 11 years ago. It’s a lot of fun to be involved, and a great feeling to know that every participant is contributing to the knowledge of global bird populations.
