Get those little ones involved in the City Nature Challenge. My 2 year old nephew is now the youngest community scientist. I have old cellphones and digital cameras that I let my nephews and students use to take photos with. Then, I review the photos and upload them to our exoexplorersstudents iNat account. See and listen, one takes you to the depths of the world, the other takes you to the depths of your being. Between the boundary of form and the formless flows all existence, all creation. But the form and formless are of the same origin, of the same essence. Whatever we see(form) and listen(formless) disappears in a moment, to pave the way for the new, its presence vanishes without a trace. Either of form or of the formless, all move, never static, ever changing. A form contains all forms, formless contains all non-forms. One cannot exist without the other. Light has no use without darkness and sound has no meaning without silence. See and listen, both acts reveal the qualities and truth about yourself and the world. But, if you identify a non-form it takes a form. When you not identify a form, it is formless. Be capable of observing all forms and the non-forms without identifying/naming it (as this is not the realm of thought), then the division/boundary between them ceases, they become one to cease.
