One of my recent ‘trouvailles’ brought back home from my trip to the Provence recently, is this marvelous large vintage Augis medal-pendant. Featuring three baguette cut rubies and five rose cut diamonds . It’s a larger size pendant and has good weight. Note the lovely details of the laurel wrath and flower guirlande which decorates the border. This is an exceptionally beautiful vintage Augis pendant! These type of pendants; love tokens actually have a long history and are so typically French: j’adore 💕 Diameter: 23 mm. Gross weight: 6.42 g. Provenance: France, hallmarked with an eagle’s head for 18 karat gold and marked with the ‘deposé’ at the back of the medal.
