Here’s another one I just finished up. This was also a really fun project. This tree was cut down in Woodland Park once upon a time and I did not find out till afterwards, but it turns out I was the one removing it and then the log was cut into slabs. My client brought me one of the slabs to be Resawed into too boards and made into a table, Her and her partner found my number when he was at work Removing my old meter on my old shop in Ballard and saw my number still on the building. Small world super fun project. Great clients was perfect for their home. Johnny across the street whipped up the super custom table base. I’ll add his Instagram handle soon. Western red cedar so pretty it turned out great with the epoxy and the base is great and the turtle seems to enjoy it. Mission accomplished.

This was a very fun project for me. The fella who was recently moved into a retirement home, wanted a piece of furniture that described him and who he was. He liked my workbench so much so I’m made his entirely out of the same species as mine. Besides the drawer slides and the vice this is all traditionally put together. The Cherry is from Lakeview. The Silver maple is from Northgate and the beach is from Nathan Hale area . All salvaged by me and my friends once upon a time. These are the type of projects I got into this for. Him and his family were very happy which made me very much happy :-) big thanks too @mollyhawks for helping with some of the photos and always giving me motivation I should probably take more advantage of :-) also thanks to @millerthewoodworker for helping me out specially with those drawers . probably post more pictures of this project at some point
