Staying in a traditional Peak District brick cottage with modern facilities, you will have your own bedroom and all the home comforts that you need for your stay over the three days. We will spend time getting cosy in the cottage, as well as going for a countryside walk in the famous setting. 2. Creative time. There will be three creative sessions during our time together. One; time to capture content for your business - so bring your products or spend the time having a mini brand shoot. Two; we will spend time with a pastry chef making scones and indulging in afternoon tea. Three; we will create flower arrangements for our dinner table with a wonderful floral designer. 3. Learning and growing. I want you to ultimately leave the retreat feeling replenished, but I also want you to feel inspired to grow in your creative business through the people you meet and the things you learn. There will be time to spend with each other to chat about your business, as well as time to hear me talking about the importance of the visual identity of your business and how you can elevate it. 4. Life’s simple luxuries. I am planning to indulge you with delicious, local and seasonal food. Nothing will be over the top and all dietary requirements will be catered for. On the first night we will have a PJ and film night, as PJ time is the ultimate way to relax in my opinion. PROGRESS ISN’T LINEAR 💪🏻 . I have good days . But I also have bad days . And that’s okay because it’s all part of the creative process! . Let me tell you about one of my students. He was working in a full-time job as a graphic designer and like most graphic designers was overworked and underpaid for his skills. One day his wife, knowing he was frustrated, suggested that he attend my masterclass, which he did and it changed the trajectory of his career. Within one year he was self-employed and making over 2x what he'd made at his full-time job, but with a lot more flexibility in his schedule. Enough time to spend more time with his family and o ut on the golf course.
