I'm thrilled to have snagged this photo of Wendy walking the plank. Peter Pan's Flight is one of the more challenging attractions to get good photographs of. The subjects are either very small, or very close to your ride vehicle. The ride vehicle moves quickly, the lighting is low, and the rigging and sail of the ride vehicle all contribute to limiting your options. And you are usually above most of the subjects, so the perspective isn't always flattering. Has anyone found a shutter speed that doesn't result in banding? My preferred dark-ride shutter speed of 1/160 resulted in some signifcant banding issues.
