It is finished!!! I can’t get over how beautiful it turned out (scroll over to see the stunning grain on the walnut leg 😍). It never ceases to amaze me when I get to physically touch something that has only existed in my mind. This gorgeous walnut and maple coffee table has a “mid century modern” inspired design and is topped with a piece of dual pane tempered storefront glass that was salvaged from one of my construction projects nearly four years ago. It’s built to last and will hopefully bring someone enjoyment for many years to come. My client requested an espresso floating shelf to fit snugly into the bottom of this nook. The solid wood base adds character and color variation to the space. Also, custom-made an espresso stained sofa arm rest table. The edges are mitered at 45 degrees with a continuous grain pattern throughout.
