Tradičný prvý máj v Cvernovke absolvujem každý rok, tento krát som mala možnosť nahliadnuť do veľkého brownfieldu Palma, ktorý snáď v dohľadnej dobe dozrej k novej mestskej štvrti. A dúfam, že prepojenej. Lebo areál je hlboký, je tu priestor pre niekoľko námestí a ciest, ktoré Račiansku rozvinú ako etudu. A ľudia, čo spoznávajú svoje mesto, stretávajú sa osobne, namiesto online a celkovo osvojujú si myšlienky tolerancie spolužitia. Dnes som mala pocit, že sme tu na dobrej ceste. Díky projektu studia @rusinafrei.architekti tu vyroste multifunkční kulturní centrum, ve kterém návštěvníci najdou komunitní knihovnu, kino, kavárnu, ale také prostorný sál pro společenské akce. Celý areál bývalé mlékárny sice projde náročnou rekonstrukcí, důležité ale zůstane - genius loci bývalé továrny, se kterým tento vítězný návrh aktivně pracuje. Město získá moderní objekt, obyvatelé místo, kde se mohou setkávat všechny generace a celý region příležitost zažívat pestré kulturní programy v krásných prostorách. Jedinečná a funkční architektura musí jít ruku v ruce s názvem, vizuálním stylem, komunikací a propracovaným marketingem. Právě proto se k tomuto projektu přidáváme my dva, @pavlinasacherova a @tomasqprochazka Je skvělé, že tým města Moravská Třebová nepodceňuje detaily.
