👋Bob & Michael’s Place 32 & 54 West Hastings 👋 It has been 10 years since Carol Lee from the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation started to formulate her plan to create a new standard in community-orientated social housing in DTES Vancouver in partnership with the City of Vancouver, BC Housing and Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation. Westbourne Projects Ltd. was retained to manage the successful completion of this 231 unit, 10 storey building.
