They’ve poured their hearts into crafting this wine, from handpicking the juiciest grapes to selecting the perfect old vines. As for those cicadas, they’ve got quite the story too. After years underground, they pop up when the soil gets warm enough – usually every 17 or 13 years, depending on the brood. This year both broods will be emerging. Then, they shed their old skins and start singing their hearts out, looking for love... Provençal folklore tells us that the cicada was sent from heaven to sing, waking people from their afternoon naps and signaling a return to work. Community spring water tap ❤️ Do you dring tap water because it is ecologic, you save the plastics and care about waste? 🌏 I was drinking tap water for many years till... I realized that it is not so clean as I thought. It contains chlorine, fluorine, calcium and magnesium, which cause hard water, lime and fortunately heavy metals. So we started to buy 15 litres barrels of spring water of Tongariro, even if is in plastic and it is not ideal. Because OUR health is the most important! I found a lady which upcycles these bottles to lanters, si it is great. BUT close to Warkworthbis community tap with natural mineral water which you can buy for $ 0,6 per litre. Each month, we're designating a taphandle and an organization as our "Community Tap".
