Impressively, 99.4 percent of these complaints, totaling 17,603, were successfully resolved. These complaints were lodged against a range of operators including cellular mobile operators (CMOs), Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), long-distance international (LDI) operators, wireless local loop (WLL) operators, and internet service providers (ISPs). Most complaints came from cellular mobile subscribers, who form a significant portion of telecom users. #Assam | A total of 141 complaints alleging violation of the model code of conduct (MCC) was filed in Assam, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Anurag Goel said. Addressing a press conference, he said 136 complaints have been resolved while the remaining were referred to the Election Commission for suggestions. "We are having a peaceful election this time. There is zero poll-related major violence anywhere in the state. We have received 141 MCC violation complaints from various quarters, most of which are resolved," Goel said. He said none of the complaints were related to hate speech by any leader. "With our solutions to the complaints, some parties may not be happy but we did our due diligence. In every case, we sought a report from the returning officer concerned, who did a proper enquiry. These complaints were lodged against various telecom operators, including Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs), Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), Long Distance International (LDI) operators, Wireless Local Loop (WLL) operators, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs), during March. According to PTA data, Jazz received 7,398 complaints, out of which 7,374 (99.7%) were resolved. Further, 2,551 complaints were received against Telenor, out of which 2,528 (99.1%) were resolved. Similarly, 5,661 complaints were received against Zong, out of which 5,639 (99.6%) were disposed of. A total of 1,707 complaints were received against Ufone, out of which 1,682 (98.5%) were resolved. The PTA also received 92 complaints against fixed telephony, out of which 89 were resolved during March with a resolution rate of 96.7%. Moreover, 290 complaints were received against ISPs, out of which 278 (95.9%) were disposed of. Over 17,000 complaints against telecom companies were received in March 2024. The majority of complaints were related to cellular mobile operators. K-pop powerhouse Hybe announced that it will file a complaint against sublabel Ador CEO Min Hee-jin and other executives on the charge of breach of trust on Thursday. In a statement, Hybe said that through the audit of Ador that began Monday, it has obtained concrete evidence of a plan led by Min to seize control of the sublabel, which manages popular girl group NewJeans. Hybe said one of the people subject to the audit has submitted evidence proving the alleged attempts of Ador executives to take over the sublabel. The evidence includes their attempts to contact external investors and the audit subject has also admitted that documents aimed at attacking Hybe were also drafted, Hybe said. Hybe also said that it has identified instances where Min instructed the Ador management to pressure Hybe into selling its stake in Ador. The company further stated that evidence of discussions on specific methods such as prematurely terminating the exclusive contract with NewJeans and nullifying contracts between Min and Hybe has been found. An inspection team from the Wafaqi Mohtasib’s Office is scheduled to visit the Excise and Taxation Office in Islamabad today (Monday) to look into the growing number of public complaints of maladministration in the said office. Wafaqi Mohtasib Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi, responding to a large number of public complaints regarding delay and difficulties in getting vehicle registration, vehicles’ tax assessment and examination, constituted an inspection team to be headed by his senior advisor to conduct a thorough probe into the matter. The complaints pointed out malpractices in the #Excise and #Taxation Office with agent #mafia working actively there, causing great inconvenience to the public. The #inspection team would listen to the public complaints on the spot before finalising its recommendations for finding a workable solution in coordination with the administration of the #ETO office.

This post is on behalf of my in laws who are senior citizens. They booked for a cab in Gurgaon by @blusmartindia to go to Delhi airport . And this is their experience, The cab was delayed by 30mins . What once was tweeting, doesn't sound right saying posting to a company?! I hear all the time from people that they have successfully complained because they have used social media. Occasionally if used in the right way, your complaint is simple, the trader has a good social media team and the wind is in the right direction this may be the case. Used in the right way it can be a good tool to name and shame and speed things up but that’s the limit as in the end you will still need to provide all the details off the public forum which is as good as sending an email in the first place. Don’t get me wrong, I can rant for England and if ever there was an Olympics for ranting I’d be there. I will name and shame where it’s genuine too, it’s good for a laugh if nothing else. But it isn’t a complaint. It isn’t going to get you redress. Sometimes the company will respond sometimes they won’t. If you carry on ranting it’s the same as shouting, it’s not going to get you anywhere. It’s pointless and frankly very few people, if anyone is taking any notice of your rants. Why? Because social media is full of them and it’s boring. Think – how many times have you ever really joined in or contributed to someone else’s rant? If the company has not responded to two of your posts or you haven’t been asked to send details about the complaint via their processes/email/private message then stop. Either you haven’t made yourself clear or they are useless at dealing with complaints on social media. Whatever the reason you are now wasting your time. No one is listening and you are being ineffective. Stop. Write/email to the CEO so you have the record for taking the matter further. You do have to accept that the complaint will take time.
