In 1923, Walt and Roy Disney established Disney Brothers Studios. This was the first, and my favourite, canister of the Disney Backstage Collection. I recently began a trial subscription to Disney Backstage Collection which includes a shirt, canister, story card, and pin that are limited edition and based upon historical research at the Disney archives. This first month centered around Disney Brothers Studios, the first studio that Walt and Roy had. The pin shows the window from that studio and the shirt had the letterhead logo (and is seriously a high quality shirt). I’m not sure how long I’ll subscribe to this. While the products are neat, getting many shirts that may or may not be something I want to wear is a bit of a risk (each month is a different theme).
