Being a mega dork on the new Star Wars ride. I recently went to Hollywood Studios and wanted to try out the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge. This is a great spot for a walk up. I had the lounge special which was a pork belly BLT with house made chips. The heirloom cherry tomatoes and pickled red onions were flavorful and the pork belly and greens were perfect for each other. Enjoyed this amazing appetizer at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs! These are Chicken on the Egg: deviled eggs topped with fried chicken smothered in hot honey. I wish they were a bit more spicy, but it was a fun take on deviled eggs. Many have heard the big announcement, but there are also some who I haven’t tapped in with. I have officially accepted my dream opportunity, and will be joining my fellow women in Tech! I will be strategically supporting a Berkeley funded program, in building out their scientific, engineering and IT teams. The product makes mental and psychiatric help extremely accessible for every age, regardless of income. This is a substantial increase in income, but also a better opportunity for work life balance, personal enrichment, and time to continue building my brand and presence in the wellness space. I am looking forward to really investing more time, energy, and knowledge into myself! Taking care of me and living a fulfilled life, IS my full time job. This is the energy and motivation i am leaning into from now on.
