Guter Schlaf trägt einen Großteil zu Deiner Gesundheit, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zufriedenheit im Alltag bei. Viele Menschen geben dem Schlaf eher wenig Bedeutung. Es gibt eine innere biologische Uhr in Deinem Körper.So werden zB. Tag-Nacht Rhythmus durch Hormone gesteuert, ebenso der Zeitraum im Körper für Reparatur und Regeneration. Dafür werden entsprechende Stoffwechselvorgänge angekurbelt. Morgens ab 6h steigt der Cortisolspiegel um 50-150%, wodurch Du wach wirst. Abends ab etwa 20h, wenn weniger Licht durch Deine Augen aufgenommen wird, wird das Schlafhormon Melatonin ausgeschüttet und der Körper beginnt mit Reparatur-, Regenerations- und Verdauungsvorgängen. Schlau eingerichtet, den tagsüber benutzt der Körper seine volle Energie für den Alltag. Hören, sehen, sprechen, denken, bewegen, Gleichgewicht halten usw. Nachts wird repariert. 8 Stunden Schlaf solltest Du Dir und Deiner Gesundheit tgl.gönnen. Ab 20h etwas ruhiger der Tag ausklingen lassen und besonders viel Schlaf vor 24h bekommen, damit der Körper reparieren und regenerieren kann. Sonst vermehren sich unschöne Zellteilungen weiten (werden nicht repariert) und können zu noch weniger schönen Erkrankungen führen. Wie Du die Reparatur durch Ernährung anregen kannst, findest Du in einem anderen Post. Ich empfehle Dir eine Abendroutine zu erstellen. Bsp.22h mit einem beruhigenden Tee ins Bett gehen, kein Blaulicht von Handy oä. 1h vor dem Schlafen (helles Licht durch die Augen hällt wach) Absolut dunkles Schlafzimmer oder Schlafbrille besorgen. Ein Buch oder Zeitschrift lesen vor dem Schlafen. Den Wecker auf 6Uhr morgens stellen. Versuchs mal. Du wirst erstaunliche Unterschiede feststellen im Vergleich zu 22h-7h oder 23h-8h. Für intensivere Unterstützung, um den Schlafrythmus in Balance zu bringen kann am Abend Magnesium oder weitere Nahrungsergänzungen/ Ernährungsoptimierung hilfreich sein.
