White moustache on my shoulder?šŸ¤” . Iā€™m proud to be a @movember ambassador in support for mental health. Every year in November, @movember leads in raising awareness for cancer research, but also menā€™s mental health. Menā€™s mental health isnā€™t only about men: itā€™s supporting them to be better brothers, fathers, husbands and sons. Creating the space for courage and love. Iā€™ve longed believed through freediving and underwater photography, we can shed light on this important issue. . šŸ“ø Photos by frangin @denisgrosmaire šŸ“Spearfishing for tuna in Tuamotus šŸ‡µšŸ‡« . . @deephumans @seatosky.freediving @alchemy_hellas @alchemyspearfishing @subtechsports . . #freedive #freediveformentalhealth #apnea #vitaminsea #spearfishing #spearfish #underwaterphotography #movember #onebreath #deep #deepblue #intothemind #digdeep #frenchpolynesia

Freedive For Mental Health. ā€ØI am really excited to share that @eatwhatyoukill.co is on board with the Freedive For Mental Health project as a major sponsor and supporter. I connected immediately with what Ian and his crew were doing and wanted to be a part of their excellent work. ā€Øā€ØFor me, spearfishing/freediving was (and is) challenging, mentally and physically, itā€™s offered me the opportunity to feel and experience things I never thought I would, the good and the bad! Overall, though, I am healthier, happier, and more confident in all aspects of life because of this time in the water, well outside my comfort zone.ā€Øā€ØThe team at Freedive For Mental Health has a goal to take those suffering from poor mental health and build them up through, among other things, physical exercise, breathing techniques, engaged mindfulness, and the learning of new skills (including gathering and preparing food). The course will include pool training and diving in the ocean.Ā  Over the last 15 years, the team has witnessed a positive change in participants who pool train weekly,Ā  including reduced stress, improved fitness, re-entry to the workforce, connection with new friends, and an overall improved level of mental health. Through Eat What You Kill, I have supported the project with a Brand Identity, Strategy, and Digital Design Package - to give them everything they require to communicate their important work to the world.Ā  To learn more, visit: www.freediveformentalhealth.co.nzā€Øā€ØCheers, @timkavermann . . . . . #eatwhatyoukill #freediveformentalhealth #nzmentalhealth #mentalhealthnz #mhfnz #freediving #freedive #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #spearfishing #nzspearfishing #ocean
