Another day using what's on hand. Breakfast was a piece of the Blueberry Buttermilk Bu dt cake I baked yesterday. The rest was cut into I divided servings, wrapped and sealed appropriately and frozen for later enjoyment. I had Simply Lemonade I purchased incase grands wanted some on Easter so I based my Friday cocktail around that. It's an 84 degree day so Whiskey and Lemonade was perfect. Dinner was based around leftover pineapple chunks, red pepper, green onions and celery in veggie drawer, Ramen noodles that needed to be used and shrimp in freezer. A delicious stir fry. Sauce was spicy, sweet and sour using low sodium tamari, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, pineapple juice, sambal oelek. Stir fried veggies with ginger. Then added sauce. Quick stir fried the shrimp first then added them along with cooked Ramen noodles at end.
