Beach walks, swimming or dashing around theme parks all help with those energy levels and calorie burning 🍦🍸 🍔 Treat yourself; it wouldn’t be a holiday without a treat or two! Indulge mindfully, savour it and enjoy it without overdoing it I balanced my holiday by; 🥣 Having breakfast at home most days, though there were some amazing overnight oats and chia puddings available in the parks 🍊🍏🍌 Buying and taking our own healthy snacks in to the parks 🥗 Choosing healthy balanced meals when I wanted to, most restaurants had salads or fish and rice meals which were really good….. but also 🍔 Tucking in to a few burgers and other treats when I wanted to too 🍹 And of course a few cheeky cocktails…. Margarita being my holiday drink of choice 👌🏻 Remember, it’s all about balance and enjoying every moment of your holiday with the ones you love.
