星のたね こども初級クラス 今日はなんと！ クラスが始まる前に早めに来たこどもたちが 自主的に！！！ 練習（ウォーミングアップ）メニューの作成を！ しかもすごくしっかり作られてて 構成表まで！ すごーい！すごーい！すごーい！！！ でも本人たちにとっては遊び感覚 やりたいからやったことなんだろうな それがまたよき😊 今日はこのメニューを元に ウォーミングアップをしていきました😊 そして後半は 最近こどもたちのクラスで たまたま投げかけた言葉で動きが ガラッと変わったことがあって これはいいかも？！と思っていたら その後、別のところで偶然にも それがとても理にかなっていたことがわかった ということがあったので それを利用して踊る、ということを やってみました #星のたね #星のたねダンス #ダンス #創作 #創作ダンス #即興 #即興ダンス #improvisation #improvisationdance #藤野 #藤野ダンス #こどもダンス

星のたね大人のオープンクラスより この世界と踊る為の身体をとおしてから～の 即興…の1部分です この日の稽古の前半は ひたすらひたすら こまかい身体の部分を シンプルなことだけど ていねいにていねいに… じっくりやっていると 雑に大雑把にザックリとやっていたことに 気づくので、優しくじっくりと❤️ この日は手、腕、胸あたりを中心に &背骨と仙骨も少し ていねいにじっくりやっていると あっという間～！！！ 最近また学びはじめたことを取り入れると 今までの感じからまだまだ超えていけるような そんな感触があって 今まで踊ってきて培ってきたことや 学んできたことも もっと根本から、でももっと楽しく さらに深めたり、開発したり、 しかも年齢関係なくできそうな… そんな気がしていてワクワク✨ 踊りにたいして すごい活力の大先輩の話しも聞いて さらにパワーもらったので 循環させていきたいと思います がんばる、も がんばらない、も がんばれない、も がんばりすぎない、も がんばらなくていいよ、も …結局は「がんばる」の世界線の話で …それとはそもそも違う感触の世界線が あるような？ そんな気がしている…今日この頃です #ダンス #踊り #星のたね #ダンスアトリエ星のたね #おとなダンス #星のたねオープンクラス #八王子 #contemporarydance #即興 #即興ダンス #improvisation #improvisationdance #身体

He took out a letter from his small bag (slide # 5) and told me, “Today, I was feeling sad about Sabine (his beloved wife who passed away), so I was reading this letter I wrote.” He handed it to me. I asked, “Can I read it?” He said yes, so I read it—and it was probably the most bittersweet letter I’ve ever read. I noticed myself tearing up when I read this part: “You don’t have to go through the agony and pain of burying me, of being left alone after my departure. Aburrirse es bueno. Da espacio a la curiosidad y fomenta la creatividad. Hoy en día es prácticamente inconcebible aburrirse. Estamos constantemente conectados y tenemos la necesidad de llenar nuestro tiempo con trabajos o hobbies. El aburrimiento nos incomoda tanto que no le damos cabida. Yo solía pensar que lo peor que podía pasarme era aburrirme. Hasta que una lesión de rodilla me obligó a parar mi vida durante un año y pico, y a quedarme en casa de mi madre durante cuatro meses. Wow! ¡Pasaron tantas cosas! Pero sobre todo, sucedieron dentro de mí. Esta foto la saqué en un “swing social dance” que estaba documentando. Ya había trabajado en el mismo lugar y con eventos similares otras veces, y tal vez por eso, empecé a aburrirme (ya sabía que podía hacerlo bien). Entonces se me ocurrió experimentar con largos tiempos de exposición para capturar la estela de los bailarines en movimiento, lo cual no había probado antes en un baile social. Me quedé contenta con el resultado. Además de que me ayudó a pasar el rato, y me dio un nuevo recurso para mis fotos de danza. Si eres bailarín o bailarina, y necesitas fotos profesionales, creativas y que te representen, para tus shows, clases, talleres, eventos, etc., será un placer ayudarte.
