I loved being the connection between two wonderful families whose needs aligned. It was a tale of two big moves, with an adorable home as the backdrop. One family left their comfort zone to pursue an acreage dream in NW Iowa. Another family answered the call to come to Sioux Falls to pastor a church. I witnessed incredible faith in both families that led to pursuing whatβs next. They also trusted me in the process, which I never take lightly. Part of my role at my day job is Event Planning and to be honest it is my FAVORITE π thing to do. But it is exhausting and a lot of hard work. Fibromyalgia only aggravates the exhaustion. During the actual event, there is zero chance of self care or being able to manage your sleep hours. I love serving my sales team and honoring our customers during these events. This year I had 2 back to back which doubled the exhaustion. I was in bed or on the couch all of last weekend to recover from the previous 2 weeks. π’ I walked into my office on Monday morning and there was a HUGE box sitting there. π³ I was in pure shock when I realized that it was a Thank You gift from customers & coworkers. I couldnβt hold back the tears from the shock & the gratefulness that I felt.πβ€οΈπ The theme was RELAX - dang these people know me! Shout out to @iamheatherbrown & @sweetamanda4 and all the other amazing people that pitched in and made me feel so special! π
