#tripolitancuisine #شراب_الورد #by_اشواق_حاطوم #explore ✍️المقادير - ٢ كوب من السكر - كوب من الماء - ١/٢ كوب من ماء الورد - ٢ ملعقة طعام من عصير اللّيمون الحامض - ١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة من بودرة الملون الحمراء الخاصة للاكل، أو بضع قطرات من ملون الطعام لون أحمر ✍️طريقة التحضير - في قِدر الطهي يوضع السكر والماء على النار ولا يُحرك ابدًا حتى يغلي، بعدها يُضاف عصير اللّيمون الحامض ويُحرك قليلًا ولكن من وسط القِدر - تُخفّف النّار ويُترك القَطر يغلي لمدّة ٧ دقائق، ثم يرفّع القِدر عن النّار ويُضاف ماء الورد والملون ويُحرك جيّدًا - يُترك شراب الورد حتى يبرد، ثم يوضع في البرّاد حتى يبرد تمامًا - عند التّقديم يوضع في كوب القليل من شراب الورد ويُضاف اليه الماء البارد ويُحرك - يُضاف الثلج ويُقدّم #tripolicuisine #foodphotography #lebanesecuisine #lebanesefoodies #appetizer #vegetarian #vegan #healthy #oliveoil #lebanesesweet
