Efsane lezzetli bir tavuk oldu bu, hemen paylaşmam lazım 😋 🍋Limonlu ve Zerdeçallı Fırında Tavuk🍗 Malzemeler; 2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağ 5 yemek kaşığı elma sirkesi 6 diş sarımsak 2 yemek kaşığı bal 3 dal taze biberiye 1 yemek kaşığı toz zerdeçal 4 tavuk kalça 4 tavuk baget 750 gr bebek patates 2 yemek kaşığı kuru üzüm 1 adet mumlanmamış limon 350 gr kuşkonmaz Yapılışı; -1 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağ, sirke, sarımsak, bal, biberiye, tuz-karabiber karıştıralım. Tavukları bu karışımda marine edelim.
