Was in class last night and some girls were lamenting on how sweaty their hands were at the end of class. Reminded me I started out wearing gloves because my hands were so sweaty. Couldn't do two moves in a row without wiping my hands on my butt. I dunno if it's time, strength, or that antiperspirant I used on my hands for a couple months, but it's a small miracle I can make it through full routines now 😅🙏 Anyway. Ofc I didn't decide I wanted to compete until 2020 when the world shut down. After two long years I FINALLY made it onto the @polesportorg stage 😭 I got absolutely no sleep the night before because I was so anxious about my first competition. Thankfully only one of my two worst fears came true - forgetting my routine and my hands being too sweaty and missing all my tricks - of which, the first happened lol. But I improvised my way through and it still worked out. Glad at least the grip gods were in my favor (shout out to all the pole cleaners for destroying their shins and feet for us 🙌). There was no one else in lvl 3 entertainment but hey, I still got my butt on that stage twice in one day! And there were so many other beautiful dancers in lvl 3 dramatic. Honored to have danced among them on this stage 🥰 Thanks to @zivalynn for whipping me into shape, helping put these two routines together, and the constant critique pushing me to be better ♥️ Thanks to @polefitrevolution for providing the space to grow in 🤗 And thanks to the whole performance team for watching these routines way too many times haha 😘 More posts to come (probably) . . . #polefit #polefun #polefitrevolution #impsoexcited

One last pole did NOT want to leave the old studio! It was stuck! If you know how this works we went through all the questions... Did you loosen the screws? Is it on static? ARE WE TURNING IT THE RIGHT WAY🤣?We did but it didn't want to budge...we had to literally jack up the concrete ceiling and hammer it out. It was hard to watch! We are officially moved out of the old Studio and working full speed ahead on the new location. This is more emotional then I imagined. So much has happened in the last 14yrs within these walls!
