Spicy Slaw/Sauerkraut. I have made a very small batch (9 quarts) of my spicy slaw. It is fresh, not canned, and will need to be refrigerated. It will last in your refrigerator anywhere from 3-6 months. I can’t imagine it lasting that long. I did make 3 quarts with fresh jalapeños. So, you may want to come early because it will go fast. Especially since there will be samples for folks to taste.
