Auch körperliche Anstrengung ist zu vermeiden. Es besteht sonst die Gefahr, dass die Blutprobe lipämisch ist. (Lipämie = Trübung des Blutserums oder Blutplasmas durch Fettstoffe). Eine lipämische Probe verfälscht folgende Blutwerte Erhöhung: Alkalische Phosphatase, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, Cholesterin, Gesamteiweiß, Glukose, Kalzium, Kreatinin, Phosphat, Triglyceride, Hämoglobin, MCHC Erniedrigung: Amylase, Albumin, Kalium, Natrium Um die Erythrozyten (rote Blutkörperchen) vor dem Platzen zu schützen, muss sowohl ein zu starker Unterdruck in der Spritze, als auch ein Herausschießen des Blutes aus der Vene während der Abnahme vermieden werden. Optimalerweise läuft das Blut an der Röhrchen Wand herunter. Kommt es trotzdem zu einer Hämolyse, sind folgende Werte verändert: Erhöhung: Albumin, Amylase, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, Cholesterin, CK, Eisen, Fruktosamin, GammaGT, Gesamteiweiß, Kalium, Kalzium, Kreatinin, LDH, Lipase, Magnesium, Mangan, Phosphat, Selen, Hämoglobin, MCHC, Zink Erniedrigung: Alkalische Phosphatase, Bilirubin, Folsäure, GammaGT, Glukose, Kalzium, Kreatinin, Lipase, Hämatokrit, Erythrozytenzahl Lipämie- und der Hämolysegrad der Probe werden immer auf dem Blutbild angegeben! Werte wie Harnstoff Amylase oder Lipase steigen nach der Fütterung kurzfristig an und können bei einem nicht nüchternen Hund leicht erhöht sein, obwohl er gesund ist. Auch auf sportliche Aktivität sollte verzichtet werden weil dies z.B. den Kreatininwert ansteigen lassen kann. Dies entsteht als Nebenprodukt aus dem Muskelstoffwechsel. Stunner 😍 The best thing about this photo is that tail 🥰🙌🏼 Yes, she has this by the wing, no I don’t mind as the fact she is even picking dummies and not blanking is just INSANEEEEE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I’m definitely a pick your battles sort of handler!! 🥰🙌🏼✨🖤 It’s just insane how much more driven Wilma is after her recovery ❤️🩹 but the main thing I’m struggling with is, her listening to me around game! When no game, she’s an angel 😇 the minute she’s flushed or there’s birds, it’s blowing her head, it’s like nose down, ears off 🤦🏻♀️🙃🤣😬😅 The hardest part right… I will be training with her again, but … I almost feel so frightened that if we do too much or I am a bit more on it with the training, that she might get poorly again 😮😅💔 I’m definitely traumatised from her illness!!! 😭 So for now I will continue some light hearted recall training with some hunting and hope for the best, as it’s also SOOOOOOOO GOOD TO SEE HER LOVING LIFE, BEING SO WELL AND ENJOYING HERSELF! 🖤 Photo taken by @arlotheworkingcocker 🥰
