My haul! I didn’t pick up any orchids, but I did grab some bucket list plants! First was a medinilla apoensis! I’ve wanted a medinilla forever and was happy to find this on at a reasonable price. I’m really trying not to kill this one, so if you have some care tips, I’d be grateful!!! I was also excited to see @lalyacresnursery. I have no excuse for not visiting them before since they are right down the street from me. But I met them today & they were lovely! I got a cactus stuck in my hair the other day. I wasn’t going to tell anyone but I’m really bad at that so here we are. Rhaphidophora decursiva doesn’t get enough attention 🤭 Seeing the no fenestrated form of this plant had me curious why it was called the “Dragon Tail” but I can clearly see now. I’ve had this aroid for a few months and it is just now working on pushing out new growth. I wish I could say I got this plant to this age on my own but I got this beauty from @hellyeah_hoyas The semi succulent leaves hold enough water for me to forget about this plant for a while but I know it would grow faster with consistent watering. My decursiva gets medium light and lives near a north window.
