Does anyone ever just have a tuna sandwich craving like me sometimes? I take sandwich construction very seriously. Every ingredient I desire is strategically placed evenly in the sandwich so that every bite has everything. Today I used a bagel. I took out some of the bagel fluff out so that my ingredients could fill the bread, making the bread/ingredient ratio even. Something I learned in Spain. I haven’t had one of these in so long , but it’s still as delicious as I remember. Buns were a tad dry..maybe it was just that batch. This is a must try if you are on Kauai though. They take a polish or veggie sausage and stuff it into the puka which is the Hawaiian word for hole, of a delightfully soft bun.
