Vegane Proteinriegel Zutaten: 1 Tasse gepufftes Quinoa 1/2 Tasse getrocknete Cranberrys 1/4 Tasse Kakaonibs 1/4 Tasse Kürbiskerne 1/2 Tasse Honig oder Ahornsirup 1/4 Tasse Mandelbutter oder Erdnussbutter 1 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt Eine Prise Salz Optionale Gewürze: Zimt, Ingwer, Muskatnuss Anleitung: In einer großen Schüssel das gepuffte Quinoa, die getrockneten Cranberrys, die Kakaonibs und die Kürbiskerne vermengen. Gegebenenfalls Gewürze hinzufügen und gut mischen.In einem kleinen Topf den Honig oder Ahornsirup bei mittlerer Hitze erwärmen, bis er flüssig wird. Die Mandelbutter oder Erdnussbutter hinzufügen und gut verrühren, bis eine gleichmäßige Masse entsteht. Vom Herd nehmen und den Vanilleextrakt sowie eine Prise Salz unterrühren.Die Honig-Mandelbutter-Mischung über die Trockenmischung in der Schüssel gießen. Alles gründlich vermengen, bis die trockenen Zutaten gleichmäßig mit der Honig-Mandelbutter-Mischung bedeckt sind.Eine Backform mit Backpapier auslegen und die Müslimasse gleichmäßig in der Form verteilen.
