Burns Night alternative- veggie haggis keema with tatie roti, a @meerasodha recipe which was a real hit! It involves frying onion and leek then adding garlic, ginger, Chili, cumin, coriander and turmeric before adding in the veggie haggis and some yoghurt. The rotis are an Indian- Irish fusion food that are an amazing use of mashed potatoes! Added some broccoli to bump up the nutrient content even further.
