Not perfect. I left the course disappointed in myself. I went out too fast the first mile and had to walk the last hill. I planned to run, finish under 34, and I failed to meet all my goals. I ran so hard I left the course close to throwing up so I gave it my all but it still wasn’t enough. I’m not going to make excuses about it being too hot, 10 weeks post op, hills, migraine whatever.
