We had the Mashup Platter, which was pancakes, waffles, and French toast with sweet toppings such as cream cheese icing, milk chocolate blueberry compote and syrup! Her sister @marlene3herrera is also part of the team, and they are just the loveliest people you'll ever meet. ๐ฅ Welcome to the club @seoulshakers.1241 ๐ฅ We checked out Seoul Shaker at 1241 Bloor St. W and WOW, what a spot! ๐ The wood-panelled decor gives off such a trendy vibe and the Korean fusion snacks are out of this world. ๐คค We had to try the Phat Fries, and they did not disappoint. The gochujang tomato sauce, garlic mayo, roasted kimchi, parsley, and lemon were the perfect complement to the thick cut fries. ๐ And let us tell you, the classic cocktails are a must-try.
