This soup while intimidating, is not bad at all—just make sure to follow the instructions and be very careful in the egg whisking step. If this is your first time doing that, have extra eggs on hand. I've been craving homemade French onion soup recently, so I made it on Sunday and it was fantastic. Slow sautéed 4 white onions in butter, brown sugar, @blacksheepgastronomy worcestershire sauce, and our upcoming beef rub, very low and slow for about an hour. Added them to a crockpot (while I was coaching a soccer game) along with 64oz beef bone broth and fresh thyme. Also sautéed and added some mushrooms (yep, I don't care that they don't normally go in French onion soup). After cooking on low for a few hours, sliced some French bread, topped with truffle gruyere cheese, Swiss cheese, and parmesan cheese, then broiled and added to each bowl of soup. Italian sausage soup. The cold weather definitely inspired tonight’s dinner. I removed the casings from the sausages, broke them up and browned them in a pot with some oil. I then added diced onion, minced garlic, 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved, 2 carrots diced, 1 red jalapeño finely diced, 1 can of cannellini beans and a generous sprinkling of fresh thyme leaves. I sautéed for several minutes before adding in 1L of chicken stock, 3 cups of water and 2 diced potatoes. I simmered until the potato had softened slightly, then added in some fresh spinach and 2 cups of fusili pasta. Once the pasta had cooked, I seasoned with salt and pepper before serving with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and some toasted bread. Domača kremna bučna juha, ki vas bo pogrela do kosti! Pripravite si to preprosto, a okusno bučno juho s samo nekaj sestavinami, ki jih najdete v vsakem gospodinjstvu. Kombinacija sladke buče, začimb in kremne teksture bo vaše brbončice popeljala na pravo kulinarično avanturo. Sestavine: 200 gr. buče 100 gr. bučke 1 pazadižnik 30 gr. čebule 2 česna 100 ml zelene juhe 25 gr. bučnih semen 2 vel.žl. olivnega olja kumina, čili, origano po vašem okusu sol, poper po vašem okusu Priprava: Segrejte pečico do 200 stopinj. Bučo in bučke porežemo na majhne koščke. Čebulo razdelimo na dva dela. Česen in paradižnik pustimo cela. 1 vel.žl. olivnega olja zmešamo z začimbami in soljo.Vso zelenjavo preložimo v pekač in prelijemo z oljno mešanico, dobro premešamo , tako da se olje porazdeli po vsej zelenjavi. Pečemo 20-40 minut, dokler zelenjava ne zmehča. Zatem preložimo v mešalnik, dodamo zelenjavno juho in 1 vel.žl. olivnega olja, zmiksamo vse do gladkega.
