MOUSSE DE FRAMBUESA Y MANGO 4 claras de huevo (o claras pasteurizadas) 4 cdas de queso crema 1 mango 200g de frambuesas. 70g eritritol o panela. PREPARACION Triturar las frutas por separado. Colar las frambuesas para eliminar las pepitas. Reservar en 2 recipientes. Mezclar el mango con el queso de untar. Montar las claras a punto de nieve con el eritritol. Cuando estén montadas, separar 1/4 parte en las frambuesas y el resto en el mango.
