Louisiana red bean burger, yukon fries, zucchini sticks with Sriracha ranch. Used the end of my red beans I made earlier in the week and turned into burgers by mixing rolled oats and vital wheat gluten with them. I let it sit after mixing for about 40 minutes so it could hydrate through. Made a few patties and air roasted. I air fried the potatoes and left the zucchini raw. The ranch is just the same I make with my homemade soy yogurt with Sriracha added. I used whole wheat bun, dijon, ketchup, red onion, baby arugula, broccoli sprouts and a beautiful small heirloom tomato that I got from @traderjoes the other day. Autumn Power Bowl Salads aren’t just for summer. Ingredients: 1 cup Rocket 100g Quinoa cooked 100g Roasted Butternut Squash or sweet potatoes 50g Roasted chickpeas 1/2 Avocado 150g Chicken 1tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp maple syrup Sweet delicious Tahini dressing Dressing: 1 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp dijon mustard salt pepper The Salad of Autumn is one of my absolute favourites to make. Sweet cinnamon creamy squash or sweet potato and crunchy chickpeas are the taste of fall. 1. Roast Butternut squash or sweet potato. I added 1tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of maple. I used the roast option on my airfryer 15 min at 170 2. Rinse chickpeas well, spray with oil and add spices: 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp ginger. I roasted these in my air fryer for 15 min at 170, Be sure to toss half way. 3. While they roast simply grill some chicken or your protein of choice. 4. Prep your bowl with your gorgeous veggies. 5. Pop all the dressing ingredients in a jar or jug and mix well, taste to your preference. Vraiment trop bon. 🤗 Cette assiette est parfaite pour faire le plein de protéines végétales et de fibres. 👍 Et puis elle est trop belle, non ? 😁🤩 Avec toutes ces couleurs. 🧡🤍💜💚 En préparant les légumes la veille, on gagne du temps pour préparer le déjeuner. 👍 Il suffit juste de les réchauffer avant de les déposer dans l’assiette. À déguster avec des tortillas ou du pain grillé. Légumes rôtis : La recette 👇 1 toute petite butternut 3 carottes 1 oignon rouge Mettre les légumes épluchés et coupés en morceaux sur la plaque du four. Les badigeonner d’huile d’olive et d’herbes de Provence. Cuire 30 mn dans un four préchauffé à 180 degrés. Houmous maison : La recette 👇 1 boîte de 800 g de pois chiches égouttés (donc 530 g) 3 gousses d’ail dégermées 1 jus d’un gros citron jaune 3 càs bombées de tahini 4 càs d’huile d’olive (à ajuster selon ses goûts) 4 pincées de cumin sel, poivre + de la ricotta fleur de sel au piment ( ou sel + piment) huile de sésame Égoutter puis mixer les pois chiches avec l’ail, le jus de citron, le tahini, le cumin, du sel et du poivre. Ajouter l’huile et mixer à nouveau. Ajuster en sel. Et si nécessaire, ajouter 1 à 2 càs d’eau pour assouplir la préparation. Dans une assiette, déposer 4 càs de houmous et 1 càs bombée de ricotta. Mélanger le tout. Lisser avec le dos d’une cuillère à soupe puis déposer les légumes rôtis. Répartir quelques graines de courge, un filet d’huile de sésame et de la fleur de sel au piment. LOADED VEGETARIAN QUESADILLA🍠🫘 #letseat Try it👉🏼 4 flour tortillas 1 sweet potato 2 avocados ½ cup black beans ¼ cup corn 1 red pepper 1 tsp jalapeno 1 tbsp taco seasoning 1 cup cheese 2 tsp oil Toppings: cilantro, lime juice Poke holes in sweet potato and drizzle with 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper. Wrap in paper towels and microwave for 8 minutes, or until tender. Cook peppers and jalapeno for 5-7 minutes. Add beans, corn, and seasoning for another 3 minutes. Spread 3 tbsp of sweet potato over tortilla and mash half avocado on top. Add ¼ cup veggie filling and sprinkle with cheese. Place in skillet with oil. Fold tortilla in half until tortilla in browned and cheese is melted. And top with homemade pico de gallo!! You can find my recipe in previous posts ❤️

I have recently started the Paleo diet and let me tell you I have been feeling great! 😊 Wanting to try out a paleo meal, make this delicious beef and broccoli stir fry! Beef and Broccoli Ingredients: 1 lb flank steak, very thinly sliced into bite-sized strips 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 lb broccoli, (cut into 6 cups of florets) 2 tsp sesame seeds, optional garnish Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients: 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (loosely packed) 2 tsp garlic, grated (from 3 cloves) 1/2 cup hot water 6 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce, (or GF Tamari) 1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp sesame oil Directions: 1. Combine all stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl, stir well, and set aside. 2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp oil. Add broccoli florets and sauté 4-5 minutes, partially covered with lid, stirring or tossing several times until broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender then remove from pan. 3. Increase heat to high heat and add 1 Tbsp oil. Add beef in a single layer and sauté 2 minutes per side or just until cooked through. Quickly pull out a piece to test for doneness. 4. Add the sauce, reduce heat to medium/low and simmer 3-4 minutes. It will thicken. Add broccoli and stir to combine. Stir in 1-2 Tbsp water to thin the sauce if desired. Enjoy!
