Simple mi-goreng for a snack! Frozen vegetables in the pot with a heaped teaspoon of miso, 6cm of wasabi and some rosemary. Boiling water over the top and leave with no heat on it for a minute or so. Then add in the mi-goreng noodle cake and boil until it's all cooked. Once done, drain into a collander and then back into the pot and all sachets. I included @dexter_melbourne 'Carolina Reaper and Capsicum' hotsauce and then mix through. Cracked an egg into the noodle assortment too, and mixed through. Then broke off some tofu and folded it into the noodles. Bowled it up, and just three pieces of jalapeno and a pinch of my homemade chilli salt ft @unclemungos. Also cooked some rice for possible sushi/fried rice again. The bread has a golden-brown crust and inside is soft, fluffy that makes it easy to tear apart with your hands! They offered us another basket of bread after we finished it. Waffles w/ Gelato Went with Strawberry Cocoa Gelato for this, which came with a tangy strawberry flavour that wasn't artificial (thankfully because I wouldn't have enjoyed it otherwise), and the cocoa actually makes it even better so I'd say it's a flavour worth a try if you're a fan of tangy flavours! This was topped with salted caramel sauce, and their waffles were thick, crispy and slightly airy, with a slight buttery flavour, although I wouldn't mind for the buttermilk flavours to stand out even more! Strawberry Fizzle (drink) This was a pretty sweet strawberry flavoured drink! Lavender Fizz ($6.90) This sparkling soda had pretty strong Korean citron tea flavours and pulp within! Baked Cheesecake ($7.50) For those who love denser cheesecakes that are fully baked, this would be for you! Petite Yuzu Honey ($7.50) This cake interestingly had some Korean citron tea pulp flavours within the sponge cake layers! We went down on Saturday night in Liverpool and LOVED the atmosphere. It was super busy, amazing live music and the best pints. We ended up staying for hours as it was so fun!
