As I head out for 7 hours in the car tomorrow I started thinking about all you road warriors out there who might travel for a living and the toll that can take on your mental and physical health. Even a long haul in the car can cause some of the aches and pains in the graphic. Just be sure to make yourself a priority as much as possible. Drink water, stop and take breaks to stretch and reset, and move around when you reach your destination. If you're a massage therapy fan and a regular traveler, I'd just recommend a routine of weekly or bi-weekly massages. Taking a vacation or a road trip?
