Ashira Zamita, penyanyi dan penulis lagu asal Jakarta mengeluarkan single original terbaru berjudul ‘Raja dan Ratu’. Lagu pop ballad dengan lirik romantis ini ia ciptakan dari kisah nyata yang memiliki makna personal baginya. ‘Raja dan Ratu’ merupakan lagu tentang jatuh cinta setelah berjumpa dengan seseorang meski hanya dalam waktu singkat.”Raja dan Ratu’ dapat menjadi representasi dari banyak orang terutama perempuan yang memiliki kecenderungan berekspektasi dan berharap di awal hubungan, meski belum tahu akan berakhir bahagia atau terluka,”kata Ashira dalam siaran pers tertulisnya, Jumat 3 Mei 2024 Lagu ini, kata perempuan yang akrab dipanggil Cila, ia ciptakan dari catatan diarinya yang ditulis sejak tahun 2018. Sementara Petra Sihombing banyak memberikan masukan di beberapa bagian terutama chorus hingga bridge,”ujarnya. Tidak hanya menggodok musiknya sendiri, Cila juga serius memikirkan konsep dari cerita official visualizer lagu ketiga yang ia rilis bersama dengan Warner Music Indonesia. Mengambil gambar dari jarak jauh, visualizer lagu menggambarkan Ashira dengan sesosok pria yang berjalan berdua. Namun, sosok pria itu belum ditunjukkan secara jelas. Katanya, visualizer lagu ini masih memiliki kaitan dengan lagu sebelumnya yaitu Si Perkasa. “Kalian yang menonton bisa mengumpulkan kepingan puzzle dari satu visualizer ke visualizer lainnya, hingga nanti waktunya akan di reveal cerita seutuhnya. Lucky Widja, satu dari dua vokalis ELEMENT Band, terus aktif berkreasi dalam kancah musik Indonesia. Lebih dari seperempat abad ia telah berkarya bersama band yang telah membesarkan namanya, Lucky kini kembali merilis album solo yang merupakan koleksi lagu-lagu gubahannya. Pas banget dengan judul dari lagu ini, namun papa berpulang tepat sebelum beliau merayakan ulang tahunnya. Menjadi pengingat bagiku bahwa di tahun 2005 penuh dengan cobaan, dan terbukti aku berhasil melaluinya dengan baik ,” ungkap Lucky optimis.  Sejatinya, single “Mencintaimu Merelakanmu” telah ia ciptakan pada tahun 2009 lalu, dan menjadi titik awal dari peluncuran koleksi lagunya yang lain tahun ini. “Single ini merupakan pengingat bahwa aku pernah sendiri selama 12 tahun. Tiga bintang tamu, tampil menjajakan karya teranyar mereka. Dimulai pada pukul 7 malam, panggung Swag Event dibuka dengan penampilan Adrijati Indi, seorang penyanyi solo yang merupakan keponakan dari Anang Hermansyah. Ia memperkenalkan lagu terbaru miliknya berjudul "Always Been You" yang dilepas pada 24 Januari 2024 lalu. Selain itu, Indi juga memperdengarkan deretan lagu-lagu miliknya yang telah dirilis sebelumnya, yakni "If I Could", "Temu", "Satir" hingga "Can I" yang dirilis di bawah naungan label Hijau Musik besutan Anang. Menjadi penampil kedua, Alda Moura hadir untuk memperdengarkan single terbarunya yang merupakan tembang recycle berjudul "Hampa". Lagu ini adalah karya cipta Ricky FM yang sempat dipopulerkan oleh Ari Lasso. Dalam kesempatan malam itu, Alda juga menunjukkan kebolehannya di kancah tarik suara dengan membawakan sejumlah tembang cover, termasuk lagu "Sempurna" milik Andra & the Backbone. Seperti Barsena, Achi Hardjakusumah, Caturadi Septembrianto hingga Sigit Wardhana. Sementara sebagai produser lagu Menanti Waktu, momentum ini adalah masa yang dinanti Rizky Billar. Itu sebabnya suami dari Lesty Kejora ini cukup terlibat secara mendalam dalam proses kreatifnya. Mulai dari teknis musikal yang akan ditonjolkan, mood yang dibangun, hingga strategi yang disiapkan pasca lagu ini dirilis secara massal. Untuk kali ini saya benar-benar khusus melakukan pendekatan yang sedikit berbeda gitu di lagu ini. Aransemen musiknya, intro dan outro bakal kayak apa, hingga mood lagunya juga. Our penultimate Finalist Spotlight of the 2024 Louis and Susan Meisel Competition showcases the young talents of The Dolphins string quartet. This dynamic ensemble (@thedolphinsquartet) will be performing in the final round next Friday at the DiMenna Center in NYC! As a premier Juilliard string quartet based in New York, The Dolphins have performed, taught, and collaborated nationwide.  Members have won top prizes at major national and international competitions, including The Fischoff and Coltman chamber music competitions and have performed across America and Europe. Beyond the stage, The Dolphins are passionate about music education and outreach. The ensemble recently helped launch the ‘Music for the Future’ educational campaign for Project: Music Heals Us, bringing Juilliard composition curriculums to correctional facilities in California! We asked The Dolphins about a recent performance they loved, and the ensemble shared a lovely memory from this fall: “In September, we traveled to California to teach two separate week-long string quartet composition workshops. At the end of the first week, the students had composed around 20 completely new works for string quartet. There was a final concert where friends and family gathered to enjoy the premieres of the new works. Witnessing the pride and joy on the faces of the new composers as well as the gratitude and amazement of the audience is something we will never forget.” We’re so excited to watch The Dolphins perform in the final round of the 2024 CAG Louis and Susan Meisel Competition on May 10th.
