Look at our precious foster pup, Journey! 🐶 This itty bitty American Staffordshire Terrier mix is on a journey of her own, and it’s quite the adventure! 🌟 Even though we know she’s around 16 weeks old, we’re well aware that she still has so much to experience in life. That’s why we continue to apply the golden “Rule of 12” 📅, exposing her to various surfaces, objects, locations, sounds, people, moving objects, challenges, and more to ensure she grows up happy and well-adjusted. 🌍👶 However, since little Journey is still awaiting her full vaccinations (to be clear she is up to date on her vaccinations, just not old enough for her final ones) and recovering from her recent FHO surgery, we’ve found a creative way to let her explore the world safely – the Puppy Bjorn! 🎒 She absolutely adores it, and our morning walks have become her favorite pastime. We’re met with plenty of admirers who can’t resist her cuteness, with only the occasional grinch who just doesn’t understand the joy she brings! 🥰🚶♀️ Journey is looking for her forever home, but please note that she’s a “long-term” adoption as per Colorado Law, which requires all rescues to be spayed/neutered before release. Use a putting grip and the #ruleof12 to get up and down more by forming an educated guess of which club to use on chips around the green. The putting grip minimizes wrist hinge and face rotation allowing your irons to carry a couple yards and roll predictably like a putt. With a little consideration for slope, you should start hitting your clips closer to the hole and this method is actually pretty fun. This method works great up to about 6 yards of carry from off the green. It’s not perfect, but the process forming an educated guess helps create a great plan and having a great plan leads to honest comfort. Playing from a place of honest comfort produces your plan most consistently on the course.

For a Chip: S4: I've done the work, doubt has left ....stay patient, the ball will get there... S2: Pace off the first interval from the fringe to green surface....pick anywhere from 2-5 paces....here I picked 4....this is how you will play. S1: This is what we all want....but the strike doesn't begin here....start here for the green slope....but it's not the most important part of a good short game(and lower scores) Results come from showing your work....just like in Mrs. Smith's 3rd grade math class lol. Hint: My simplified version of #paulrunyan #ruleof12 Vid 1: Ridiculously consistent putting a #putting #stroke to a spot on the green and giving myself an educated guess on the club selection (removes doubt-the short game killer lol) Vid 2: #pgatour style just gathering balls near the cup ! Don't try to add loft or deloft it....just putt to the spot on the green! Slide1: Pace it off, and put tees down....it is practice so it's allowed haha Slide2: Rule of 12 Club List!! The number you assign your club depends on your set makeup. So if you have extra wedges count them if they aren't too lofty. If not then just go LW,SW,PW,9ir. Slide3: I'm #visual so I need to sketch it out. Basically I pick a unit(how many steps) that I can divide my total yardage equally into..... ie. here it's 20 yards and I want to chip it instead of pitch it.....I counted 5 steps 4 times..... then rule of 12 says 12-4=8.
