Ich weiß nicht, wie es dir im Moment geht, aber ich spüre innerlich und äußerlich, dass Dinge nicht mehr funktionieren bzw. ich mich innerlich verändert habe. Und ich glaube meine idealistische Vorstellung von Veränderung war immer ein lauter Knall und plötzlich ist alles anders. 💥 Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen zeigen mir, dass das eine Möglichkeit ist und gleichzeitig erlebe ich seit diesem Jahr, dass es eher die leisen, stillen und tieferen Veränderungen sind. Hier gibt es nichts äußerlich Greifbares, keine krassen Erfolge, wo jemand applaudiert, es sind „nur“ Dinge, die ich plötzlich klarer sehe. 👀 Ich mag dabei nicht in gut oder schlecht das Leben bewerten und erwische mich oft, dass ich es doch tue. Den Ausdruck „Raum geben“ habe ich vor ein paar Jahren zum ersten Mal gehört und erst seit ein paar Wochen kann ich die Tiefe dahinter sehen und verstehen. 🌊 In den letzten Monaten habe ich meine persönlichen Dinge noch ehrlicher angeschaut, Emotionen zugelassen, wo alte Verletzungen saßen, um dann wieder die Leichtigkeit zuzulassen. Ich liebe die Schnelligkeit und möchte die Dinge immer sofort lösen, was oft nicht etwas mit einem aktiven Machen zu tun hat. Was wäre, wenn die Lösung wäre, sich zu erlauben, all die Emotionen zu fühlen, die da sind, und sich gleichzeitig nicht von ihnen leiten zu lassen? Was wäre, wenn du dir selbst Raum gibst und diese Verantwortung für dich selbst übernimmst? Ich fange langsam an, diesen Prozess, die Langsamkeit und die Stille der Veränderung mehr zu akzeptieren und zuzulassen. 🧡 Die negativ Spirale ist leicht, sie ist gewohnt und ich trainiere seit ein paar Monaten die positiv Spirale, ohne mich zu belügen und mir etwas vorzumachen. Ich arbeite an der bewussten Zustandsveränderung, jeden Tag, und ich nehme an, dass es Übung braucht. Ich möchte mehr die Dinge feiern, die schon da sind und nicht auf ein Morgen warten. Ganz ehrlich, es gibt kein Morgen und trotzdem kann man Ziele haben. Das habe ich vor allem durch meine Mentoren und meine persönlichen Erfahrungen gelernt. 😇 Weiter in den Kommentaren ⬇️⬇️⬇️
