Single leaves have one single leaf on a blade whereas compound leaves have a variable number of leaves on a blade. Day 66/100 “Mixed Feelings” I posted some colored neurographs awhile back. The color adds a nice punch but this time I decided to do one in black and white. I like the balance between the positive and negative space. This meditative-type practice is a way of putting your feelings down on paper as you make the first step in scribbling the lines. I am not trying to illustrate any particular story here but in looking at it, I did think about having mixed feelings. With the lines going in all directions, some up, some down, some going off the page, and some loops for those upside-down moments, it is a reminder of all of the different emotions that show up for us on different days. Stessi disegni e stesse inserzioni, ma con l'opzione di scegliere tra le due misure. Questa novità nasce da un ordine personalizzato, quindi vi incoraggio a sbizzarrirvi e chiedermi cose speciali che si adattino alle vostre esigenze o gusti di misure e formati, perché è anche così che la mia produzione si può ampliare e migliorare. #saraelan_paradossi
Sono giorni di testa altrove, di impegni fuori casa, di pensieri ingarbugliati. Sono girata di traverso rispetto alle cose che dovrei fare e non trovo la giusta angolatura. Io sono una persona che funziona meglio a compartimenti stagni, con blocchi di tempo o giornate organizzate in modo compatto e coerente. Invece mi ritrovo a saltare da una cosa all'altra in una tabella di marcia eterogenea e discontinua, e questo mina la mia concentrazione quando arriva la porzione di tempo da dedicare al lavoro. Dovrei raccontarvi del workshop, dovrei scrivere la benedetta newsletter, dovrei decidermi finalmente a preparare un calendario editoriale per non ritrovarmi ogni giorno impreparata. Poche idee, ma confuse - come si suol dire. Mi prendo ancora un giorno per provare a organizzarle e poi sarò più 'dritta', promesso.
