Please bear with me while I vent. 😕 First I should share the backstory to this-what used to be a snow globe. I got it for my oldest daughter at the Disney Store in 1999 and this thing survived 4 moves and still remained intact. I recently took it out of storage to display on my new shelves and noticed the water was a bit low so I decided to “open it up” and add more. I followed the instructions from a lady who does this to all her snow globes on YouTube (she makes it look easy) but it didn’t turn out well. The silicone part on the bottom broke when I tried pulling it out and all the water was gushing out so I decided to pour all the water out and then tried drying the inside of the globe with a paper towel (Cinderella wouldn’t come out) so I was going to leave it without water but during my drying, her head broke off and fell down the drain!!! 😭 I was resigned at that point, not to mention pissed off so I decided to just break the glass and put this Cinderella ornament on top! We don’t have a lot of space in the house and with 2 kids and a ridiculous amount of their toys there’s only a small space for my collection.
