Wasabi Salmon and avocado dragon roll Rating: 10/10 • So I discovered this a few weeks ago at Waterloo station and I swear by Allah I am hooked. • I’m pretty late to the sushi scene but this slapppppped so good and was even better than restaurant sushi I have tried. • This tasted fresh and the teriyaki sauce gave it a slight kick and juiciness required. • I’m not too hot on avocado but with the salmon it just tasted so right. Frullate tutti questi ingredienti, fino a quando si formerà una crema. Poi assemblate il piatto. Prendete un piatto di portata, sistemate il salmone affumicato uno sull' altro, un po' di spuma di barbabietola , rucola già lavata ed asciugata, scaglie di mandorle e un filo di olio. Con tanti bei limoni freschi in giardino ho voluto provare una torta che ne esalta al massimo il gusto...ho fatto il "DOLCE di AMALFI" È una prelibatezza della costa Campana, fatta con ingredienti semplici del posto, come il limone sfusato tipico del luogo; morbida, umida e profumatissima,una vera delizia! Vi lascio la ricetta 👇 Dosi x una tortiera da 20cm. Ingredienti: 130g.mandorle a farina 100g farina 00 150g.di latte 160g.zucchero al velo 60g.fecola 8 g.di lievito per dolci Scorza grattugiata di 2 limoni 3uova intere 130g.di burro morbido Vaniglia Succo di 1/2 limone 1 cucchiaio di limoncello 3 g.di sale Procedimento: In un recipiente abbastanza capiente,mescolare la farina con la fecola, il lievito,il sale e la scorza dei limoni. Montare il burro con zucchero e vaniglia, unire le uova, poi incorporate le farine miscelate prima, alternando con il latte e il succo di limone, mescolate montando con le fruste.Infine aggiungete la farina di mandorle e il limoncello mescolando con una spatola senza smontare. Imburrare e infarinare la teglia, versare il composto. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180 gradi x circa 50 minuti.
