Was mich eine Fahrt mit der Deutschen Bahn über Copywriting und über mich selbst gelehrt hat… Wann seid ihr eigentlich das letzte Mal mit dem Zug gefahren? Bei mir war es schon eine Ewigkeit her 🤭 Wir fuhren mit dem Zug ans andere Ende des Landes. Ich mit meinem in die Jahre gekommenen Vater und meiner kleinen Tochter. Knapp 7 Stunden fahrt und 1 Mal umsteigen. Was ging mir da durch den Kopf? 😵‍💫 Ich muss mich um alles kümmern, damit es den beiden gut geht! 😵‍💫 Ich muss für genügend Unterhaltung und Verlegung sorgen! 😵‍💫 Hoffentlich habe ich an alle Buchungsnachweise gedacht! 😵‍💫 Hoffentlich verpassen wir unseren Anschlusszug nicht! Doch es kam überraschender Weise alles anders! ✅ Es gab (im ICE) im Board Restaurant Unterhaltungs-Goodies zur Auswahl – damit war das Kind glücklich. ✅ Eine äußerst freundliche Servicekraft, so dass es für mich auch gar nicht schlimm war, dass mein gewünschtes Getränk wegen eines technischen Defektes nicht zur Auswahl stand. ✅ Außerdem kam ein Servierer durch den Zug der die Fahrgäste mit Getränken versorgt hat – damit war mein Vater glücklich. ✅ Ich habe mit der DB App unkompliziert online einchecken können und brauchte gar keine Dokumente in Papierform mit mir herumzutragen. (Ja sorry, war neu für mich) 😂 ✅ Außerdem wurde durch die Echtzeitübertragung der Route in der App, meine Sorge einer Verspätung gelindert – damit war auch ich glücklich. Und genauso funktioniert auch Copywriting – den Unternehmer:innen die Sorgen nehmen und deren Vision mit guten Texten unterstützen, die einen Mehrwert für sie und ihre Kundschaft erzeugt. 👍 Nun, was habe ich über mich gelernt? 😊 Ich darf dem Leben auch einfach mal vertrauen. 😊 Es darf auch einfach und leicht ablaufen. 😊 Es gibt Menschen deren Beruf ist es, mein Leben komfortabler zu machen. 😊 Und ich darf meinen Urlaub einfach sorgenfrei genießen. Teachers You cannot teach a classroom as a whole. With about 20 different students and now 20 different gender roles you’ve signed up for the hardest babysitting job. Babysitters make sure that the baby is fed, check why they’re crying, and change them. Aka you need to ACCOMMODATE. The moment a temper tantrum is thrown you kick the child out of the classroom? A child ask why and they’re giving an answer like they’re incompetent not like they’re preparing to become adults and venture out into society. And this goes for all ages. 9 months and 7 hrs a day in school, students work full time in prison-structured buildings. No lunch isn’t a break because prisoners still even get (rec)ess you can spare five minutes for the child who can’t sit still, focus, or stop talking. Would you kick your own child out?🏡🚪 Some children don’t have a single being who cares for them. You took on the responsibility when you signed up to be a teacher for that child’s being, they belong to you. So take a sip of your coffee and maybe get a therapist because as many teachers that play this movie #freedomwriters in their classroom could sure take some notes. But that’s what I’m here for. 1) Classroom structure, in this movie we see the classroom being rearranged multiple times until all the students are comfortable and engaged. 2) Relationship. Big and/or small the teacher held a relationship with each student. If you don’t know if your student has two parents at home or not then work on your student/teacher relationship. 3) Safety. Back when teachers would stay with a child all night to see if their parent would come to pick them up from school or give them and their sibling a ride home, keep the child if no one was there and be gone from their own home all night until that child is safe is the job of a teacher. The law legally requires that every child goes to school not that every child graduates why? So that not one child may say “I had no one.” These three things these 3 big changes for the future of children are lacking and have been lacking for a while now. Fitness isn’t even valued anymore and now gender specifications are added to the spectrum #thehotlineoutreach

Anxiety tip ✨🩵 Especially recently I have had accelerated amounts of anxiety and it has taken conscious effort to remain present and not disassociate. I watched a video clip this week that had stuck with me and become my motto or mantra I’ve been living by ever since. In the video they were talking about living from the front of your face. Hear me out I know it sounds a bit funny. When we get swept up into the spiral of anxiety it is so easy to lose sight of the reality in front of us because we become almost blind sided by fear of the future. Every time I found myself beginning to spiral this week I would say to myself out loud “Joy, be where your face is!” My face is not in the future or the what ifs. It is in the present moment. Though the unknown of the future can feel scary it is safe to be in the present.
