Day 4 - First game back in a month and I bagged myself two goals. Sadly it wasn't enough though as they scored right at the end #gutting Football tonight for my first bit of cardio for a long time, @bodycoachapp yoga with @sestoyoga and my calf, plank and press up challenges. I've really enjoyed this week back in the gym and back being active, plus eating healthy food, loads of fruit and vegetables. Hopefully the scales will show some progress from my first week, well technically 4 days. I've been on plan each day and honestly I am feeling amazing.

Before and After 2 weeks into gutting out. We’re trying to create a larger living space, it’s a small house so thought a big open plan kitchen/living room would work best. We’re doing an extension on the back adding just under 3M and creating a nicer hall/entrance to separate the spaces. How I prepare my pheasant! First I try and clean it up from feathers and blood as much as I can. Then I cut it into thin strips so I can get a lot of the bullets, feathers, blood clots and other gristly bits out better. I then wash it again to make sure there wasn’t any left over and start preparing a meal. These are the pictures of the clean washed pheasant and what I got out of it all. Please wash your poultry in a separate sink or at least thoroughly clean afterwards Cross contamination is REAL! Such Sadness, recommend his book, is excellent witty and frank, narrated by Matthew in the audiobook I got. He describes his painful experiences and his pain in only his genius comic way. Therapy did not work for him. Personally, I am stunned he describes that as a very small distressed baby he was medicated with phenobarbital by baby doctors for 3 months at 3 months old because he was not sleeping.
