Gentle reminder for you today 💚 I personally needed to see this yesterday and by no coincidence, these words came across my phone from a random post. 💫 All day yesterday, (more accurately the last week, or even longer) I kept asking myself, why this STILL? Still… all the stuff… bubbling up or spiral of emotions. Old garbage. Why is it still here? (It’s actually been years without this!) So I start introspection. If I did all the personal work why are there STILL triggers? Why do I STILL feel this or that? Why? Still? It is completely disheartening. Disappointing. Pick a synonym. Spiraling 🌀 Rabbit hole 🕳 🤢 But then pause. ⏸ Be patient with yourself. “Growth is a daily practice. SHOW YOURSELF GRACE.” Ahhh… patience and grace… what a concept.
